You know Stuart, if you're up for it, I think this sort of guide might an excellent addition to the community documentation and be helpful to many users.

We did make some efforts to contact the guy who wrote/hosted this 'how-to' but didn't have any joy.

In retrospect we should have copy/pasted it into the docs/wiki right from the start... Hindsight is always 20/20 :(
