I have Turnkey Joomla solution hosted with Amazon. I would like to use the same solution and host it with another hosting provider. I don't need small instance and cloud benefits, I'm fine with less. Is it possible and what should I do ? For example to move on goDaddy hosting or similar.
Forum:
If you wish to retain TKL
Then you will need to consider a host that provides TKL images. There are some listed on the TKL partners page. Then you can use TKLBAM to migrate your data (although I'd recommend a dry run to a local VM first to make sure it works properly prior to terminating your current AWS hosted appliance).
If you go for another host (that doesn't provide/allow TKL images) then you will be on your own re config and migrating data (although I'm sure it can be done).
Good luck
How you going with this?
As you haven't posted back, I'm not sure whether this is relevant, but just in case...
TKL is now available as as a micro image on AWS. I'm not sure if that now puts it in the realm of useful for you or not but thought I'd let you know.
