I want to make some changes to the ldap configuration. I thought I could just modify /usr/share/slapd/slapd.conf and then run the following command:
root@openldap /etc/ldap# slaptest -f /usr/share/slapd/slapd.conf -F slapd.d
However it fails with:
lt_dlopenext failed: (back_@BACKEND@) file not found
slaptest: bad configuration directory!
I can change @BACKEND@ manually but I thought perhaps there is a better (standard?) way to do this.
Thanks in advance.
