TKL Wordpress VM Guest - Easiest fastest way to share Specific Folders with Windows 7 Host? 

Guest > Host Sharing: Specific Folder from Linux Guest accessing to Windows 7 Host? 

I have Turnkey & Bitnami Linux Guest VMs on a Windows 7 Host with VMWare. 

I make minor changes now and then to certain files in certain GUEST folders. Is there any way to share these folders with the Windows Host machine as a shared folder or drive? 

What would be the easiest/ fastest way to do this? 

I am not super conversant with Linux so please guide. I can follow and use commands as well as long as steps are outlined.
