Quick Question were is the wp-content folder in new installtion on turnkey wordpress application i am searching everywere are do i need to create that folder and were should i put it i am new to the Wordpress thing so any help would really be need thank you.

Just curious, but why are you looking for the wp-content folder?

To answer your question:
/usr/share/wordpress/wp-content -> /usr/local/share/wordpress/content
/usr/share/wordpress/wp-content is a symlink to /usr/local/share/wordpress/content and chowned www-data. This is to provide support for uploads, plugin auto-updates, etc.
