New TurnKey Moodle version (2009.10-2)
Changes:
- Installed all security updates (see manifest for package versions).
- Install security updates on firstboot (except when running live).
- Bugfix: Updated apt preferences for auto-security updates (LP#550307).
- Trick webmin into not checking for upgrades (managed by apt).
- Updated di-live mysql mechanism and secret regeneration.
- Included latest version of inithooks and updated scripts.
- Included wget as per common request.

- SSL support out of the box.
- Moodle configurations:
- Included support for authentication via ldap (convenience).
- Force SSL logins (security).
- Set default theme to formal_white (more attractive).
- Set default admin, guest and noreply email (@example.com).
- Includes postfix MTA (bound to localhost) to allow sending of email from Moodle (e.g., password recovery). Also includes webmin-postfix module for convenience.
- PHPMyAdmin related:
- Includes PHPMyAdmin (listening on port 12322 - uses SSL).
- Includes pmadb (linked tables) advanced features.
- Pinned PHPMyAdmin to update directly from Debian (security).
- Regenerates all secrets during installation / firstboot (security).
