How to apply a Magento Patch File in Turnkey Ap in SSH or Webmin? I have it ready to run but don't now how to implement it in TKL Webshell.

did a WGET http://www.magentocommerce.com/downloads/assets/1.7.0.2/CE_1.5.0.0-1.7.0...
CE_1.5.0.0-1.7.0.1.patch
Any help is appreciated.

I overwrote the 2 files that are part of the patc.
Tried to run "bash"... but was returning an error.
In the end I just overwrote the 2 files that were the patch. Should fix it.
I do need to learn how to run this type of a patch file still though.

Note I'm not sure if it's installed by default in TKL appliances that's just what google turned up...
