Im new to File Server (and Linux kind of), looking to make an Ansible playbook and would like to know the location of the config files for Webmin and File Server

The default location for config files is usually /etc so OTTOMH all the Webmin stuff should be in /etc/webmin. Samba provides much of the fileserver functionality so /etc/samba is a good bet for that.

FWIW keep in mind that Webmin is hidden behind stunnel so if you want to do stuff like add a new SSL cert then you'll need to edit the stunnel config (you probably nearly guessed it; /etc/stunnel4). :)
