hi guys

is it easy to limit my upload speed with apache or lamp?

i have tried to do it via my cisco router but im having trouble.

i would just like to limit apache to 20kb/sec or something similar.

But I have no idea how you'd do it. I'd try google. Ubuntu forums are probably also worth a search/post (TKL v11.x is Ubuntu 10.04 Server under the hood).
