We are in the process of finalizing the appliances for the final 11.0 release, and I'll be working through your suggestions and including (most of) them in turnkey-core. I also like your suggestion about drush, I'll get something like that implemented.
If you have more feedback, try post it asap so it makes into 11.0. Where to post? The forum seems like the best place. Regarding bugs, up to you really, either the forums or the bug tracker on LP.
We mainly use the bug tracker for bugs that are critical, and need to be in our face, or just as reminders to solve them when we have time as a post in the forum can get lost in the mass.
