As you no doubt already realise, the Apache conf files in v15.0 should work in v14.x. And by extension a v13.x upgraded to a Debian Jessie base (you'll have Apache v2.4.x whichever way you go).

Off the top of my head, the only thing you may want to adjust is either remove the php5-xcache package (or just disable it in php.ini), or disable OPCache in the php.ini (xcache and opcache both provide the same caching mechanism). It may not cause immediate issues, but I recall in v14.0 we had a few appliances which reacted weirdly (until we realised the issue). IIRC the most common symptoms were blank pages under some circumstance (generally a php exception resulting in no html output). Even if everything still appears to be ok - best case scenario it's likely an additional overhead with no value. Although YMMV.
