It may not be immediately obvious, but there are additional (optional) inithooks that apply to some of our servers. It's a little out of date (and needs update for v15), but the inithooks readme documents most of them.

You can also re-run them (all) interactively by running turnkey-init. Or you can re-run the applaince specific ones by launching them directly. E.g. for the Domain Controller appliance; run /usr/lib/inithooks/bin/domain-controller.py.

Again, it needs updating for v15, but there is some documentation that should still be (mostly) relevant in the docs regarding the domain controller here. The info is (sort of/somewhat) replicated on the website in the appliance specific docs.

As you are no doubt aware by now, documentation is an area of TurnKey where we are sadly lacking and need some significant improvement...
