Hi, sorry for the late response. Find attached four VMX files:

• turnkey-core-16.1-buster-amd64.vmx_org: original VMX after deployingg OVA
• turnkey-core-16.1-buster-amd64.vmx_ok: CD removed, Settings OK button enabled
• turnkey-core-16.1-buster-amd64.vmx_cd_ok: CD device added, settings OK button still enabled
• turnkey-core-16.1-buster-amd64.vmx: same as vmx_org but CDROM type changed from atapi-cdrom to cdrom-raw: settings OK button is enabled
