I recall some time ago a similar issue was happening for people and it just required a little wait (AWS was a little slow processing new accounts). If this is a new AWS account then perhaps that is the issue? Regardless perhaps you can ask the devs to have a look from their end if you send them 'Feedback' (blue button on the left hand side when logged into the Hub). You can also provide a link to this thread to save you reposting screenshots.
