Only php5.6 (from Debain repositories) is supported on TurnKey. Under the hood though TurnKey is Debian, so nothing stopping you from using a third party such as dotdeb. Keep in mind though that it will likely break TurnKey's built in backup (TKLBAM) because TKLBAM only supports installing software from Debian or TurnKey (no 3rd party repositories are supported).
